Meet the people behind our ministry

Pastor Bill and Debbie
Lead Pastor


Pastor Bill and his wife Debbie have served the church for more than fifteen years. Bill planted churches in Arizona before coming to Crestline. They have two grown sons and four grandchildren with a fifth one arriving in 2024. Debbie is usually loving on children in the nursery or helping to serve coffee, goodies and meals to make people feel welcome. Pastor Bill is active in the community, has been the volunteer Chaplain for the Fire Department, and serves on the Board of Trustees of the Rim of the World Unified School District.

Chad and Katie Lindsey have had a dream of leading a coffee shop where they could build meaningful relationships.

Chad says, "I want to be able answer the following questions of our customers: Can you anticipate my wants? Do you remember my name and my order? How will you make my experience meaningful?" Chad cares about people and that includes his staff.

"I began to learn how to build meaningful relationships while at Starbucks. Katie and I loved to have regular times in which we invited my co-workers into our home to share our hospitality and share about what God has done in our lives. The Holy Spirit was our guide into helping us hear the issues that these individuals were going through and asking for God's wisdom on speaking into that or sharing how God has helped us through a similar experience."

Relationships take time to develop. In our busy fast paced society even here on the mountain, we often miss the friendships that will carry us through tough times. Who celebrates with you when something good has taken place? Who is there for you when you are hurting? Our best friend, Jesus Christ cares about you. We would be honored to share this friendship with you.
